нигде не могу найти, это лучше или хуже KliteCodecPack?

Не советую ЭТО ставить. Особенно если редактируете видео и установлен KliteCodecPack.

Судя по описаниям, это НЕ два отдельных блока.
В x32 должен устанавливаться один блок,
в x64 - оба.

Также, судя по описаниям, x64 можно устанавливать в дополнение ко многим другим x32 наборам декодеров (это именно декодеры, а не кодеки, как многие неверно называют).
