Picture To Icon - программа конвертирующая BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR, WMF изображение или часть экрана в иконку. Утилита способна выдирать понравившиеся иконки из ресурсов (exe, dll, ocx), есть возможность упаковывать несколько иконов в один файл, менять размер иконок от 1x1 до 240x240 пикселей. Если захотеть можно поменять все иконки Windows на самодельные из ваших любимых картинок или снимков цифровой камеры.
