Что нового:
- Added a "Quick Color" right-click option for events and notes, making it easier to change item colors. The colors provided by the Quick Color command match the event colors available in Google Calendar, for consistency when syncing.
- Added a "Quick Color" section to the Appearance tab of the Event and Note editors. Colors can be changed with a single click.
- Added the ability to lock events, notes, and tasks to prevent accidental editing or deletion. Locks can be toggled via the right-click menu or via a Lock button on the editor window. For shared calendars, only the item creator can lock or unlock an item.
- Added a new appearance theme named ModernWhite. This theme takes its design cues from Office 2013 and Windows 8.
- Improved performance. Most users should see a very noticeable performance improvement.
- Improved the start/end time fields so pressing the up or down keys on the keyboard will adjust the time.
- Improved editing of start and end times. When the start time is changed, the end time will update based on the currently specified duration.
- Improved calendar sharing so when a calendar is renamed on one computer, the calendar name is updated on other computers.
- Corrected VueMinder to use the latest stable Google Calendar API, which might solve intermittent syncing problems some customers are having.
- Corrected syncing meetings with Microsoft Exchange. If a meeting was organized by someone else and updated outside of VueMinder, the meeting would disappear from VueMinder after syncing with Exchange.
- Corrected sharing of Notes through VueMinder Server. The specified permission settings were not being used, so a person with read-only access could still edit a shared note.
- Corrected a problem with event or task descriptions sometimes not appearing in SMS reminders.
- Corrected selection of a starting timeslot for the Daily or Weekly print layouts, if the ending timeslot was set to midnight. For example, there was no way to specify a timeslot range of 9am to midnight.
- Corrected popup reminder sound playback. In some cases, sounds wouldn't play or would only play once instead of looping.
- Corrected playback of sounds on the popup reminder window. In some cases, especially when looping a very short sound file, the sound would continue to play after the reminder was dismissed or snoozed.
- Corrected the Snooze and Dismiss button labels on the popup reminder window to be easier to see when using a non-default theme, such as BlueAndGray.
- Corrected editing recurring events when the option to also edit all following events is selected and the start date is changed. The original series would sometimes not end before the start date of the new series.
- Corrected the Event and Task Lists when rows are grouped. Marking an item as completed would result in the list scrolling to the top. This will no longer happen.
- Corrected the "None" priority to have its name shown in the Priority List. Previously, the name would appear as blank.
- Corrected the [Phone Number] field in the subject line of SMS reminders to correctly populate based on the specified SMS recipients when sending SMS reminders via a 3rd party provider.
- Corrected the Desktop Calendar to not allow its top edge to be moved off the screen, which makes it difficult to move later.
- Corrected display of all-day events in the Day and Week views when center-aligned. The text was not properly centered.
- Minor corrections and improvements.
